Bulls Fall to Bombers on "Rockin' The Ranch!" Night
The Lethbridge Bulls fell 10-6 to the Brooks Bombers on Tuesday night which was 98.1 The Ranch FM night in a game that had a bit of a rodeo vibe to it in the 8th inning. The Bulls fell behind early in the game and were down 8-1 as late as the 8th inning. The Bulls loaded the bases in the 8th plated 1 run before a controversial strike 3 call thwarted the Bulls rally. Lethbridge battled back with 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th inning but it was a case of too little too late as the Bulls late inning comeback fell a little short. The Bulls record now sits at 8-7, good for 3rd place in the WCBL's West Division. It was the Bombers third win of the season and, their first in four tries against the Bulls this season. Bulls Hit The Road
The boys hit the road for 5 straight games beginning Wednesday night in Edmonton to face the Prospects before heading to Sylvan Lake to face the Gulls. The Bulls next home game is Tuesday June 18th when they face those same Gulls on Beach Bonanza night.
