Long time mascot ran a hard negotiation, but Bulls welcome T-Bone back with open arms
Long time Lethbridge Bulls mascot T-Bone and the Lethbridge Bulls have agreed in terms to a contract that will keep the beloved Bull in pinstripes at Spitz Stadium for the next 25 years. Contract negotiations came to a stalemate in October but Lethbridge Bulls General Manager and owner Kevin Kvame stepped in and got the deal done.
Bulls pitching coach Josh Burgmann was spearheading the deal with the soft spoken T-Bone and had some issues early on "T-Bone and his representatives ran some pretty tough negotiations at the end of the 2024 season and some of his demands were pretty high. Some of us around the Bulls weren't to sure we could get the deal done"
T-Bone is a bull of not many words was once again held speechless after learning he was going to be staying put in Lethbridge after inking the longest contract in Lethbridge Bulls team history.
Coach Burgmann knows the value of T-Bone to the organization moving forward, "The enthusiasm and effort that T-Bone brings to the plate each and every game is second to none. With the conversations I've had with T-Bone behind closed doors tells me he is really excited to be a part of the Bulls for the next 25 years.
The Bulls first home game of the 2025 season is on June 5th at 7:05 at Spitz Stadium. Season ticket early bird and renewals are now on sale at Bullsbaseball.com
