Smoking Policy
Spitz Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking [tobacco and/or cannabis] is prohibited anywhere inside the perimeter fence and gates of the ballpark, including electronic and smokeless cigarettes, vaping instruments, or any device that mimics the act of smoking. Guests who wish to smoke must step out to the parking lot, and must present either a re-entry stamp OR an already-validated ticket to be permitted re-entry to the ballpark. We ask that all of our guests who wish to smoke do so respectfully by standing away from the fence, and disposing of their smoking materials in provided canisters.
Streaming Service
All Lethbridge Bulls games (home and away) can be watched live on HomeTeam Live, and links to this service can be found on our website at bullsbaseball.com.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted into Spitz Stadium. If you take yours to your seating area, it must fit underneath your seat. Strollers can be parked inside the fence behind Section D Bleachers. Spitz Stadium does not assume responsibility for the loss of, or damages to, any strollers left unattended although the staff will do their best to watch over them.
R
Rainouts/Rain-Delays
In the event that a game is officially postponed due to rain, tickets for that game will be considered rain checks (yes, baseball invented this term in the 1800s specifically for this situation) and may be used for the make-up game once it has been scheduled. The Bulls website, social media channels, and the Spitz Stadium Administration Office are the best options for up-to-the-minute announcements regarding weather events.
Any game suspended after qualifying as an official game will be considered complete, and no tickets will be re-usable, refunded, or exchanged. Complimentary ($0.00 value) tickets are not exchangeable.
Re-Entry Policy
Guests of Spitz Stadium are permitted to move freely in and out of the park during games and events, however, in order to be readmitted a guest must be able to produce an already-validated ticket OR get a re-entry stamp prior to leaving (available at all entry gates, and the Box Office).
Restrooms
Spitz Stadium has two (2) sets of men’s and women’s restrooms available for our guests; one set on each level. These are both located in the area of Section B; on the Upper Concourse Level, the restrooms are just past the concession windows, and on the Ground Concourse Level, they are just past the elevator access. Changing tables are available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms and our guests are encouraged to use whichever facility they identify with.
Please contact a member of Spitz Stadium staff if the restrooms need attention during your visit.
